CameraTilt Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

CameraTilt

Effective Date: May 20, 2026

Introduction

Project Dead Channel LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CameraTilt mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Our Commitment: We will never collect, track, or transmit your data. This is a core principle of our apps, not a temporary state. Any future change to this commitment would require a formal update to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

CameraTilt is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Sensor Data: The App accesses your device's accelerometer sensor solely to calculate and display the tilt and roll angle of your device in real-time. This sensor data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Locally Stored Data: The App allows you to save up to five angle measurements. This data is stored locally on your device only and is not accessible to us or transmitted anywhere.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not collect: personal identification information (such as name, email address, or phone number); location data; photos, videos, or camera access; contacts or address book information; usage analytics or behavioral data; device identifiers for tracking purposes; and any data transmitted to external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

CameraTilt does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs. The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

Since we do not collect or transmit any data, there is no risk of your information being compromised through our services. The angle measurements you save are stored locally on your device using your operating system's standard storage mechanisms and are protected by your device's security features.

5. Data Retention

All data created in the App remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Because no data is transmitted to or stored by us, we do not retain any user data on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

CameraTilt is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. Parents and guardians can allow their children to use the App without concern about data collection.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, traditional data subject rights — such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information — under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar privacy laws are not applicable to any information held by us, because we hold no such information.

You may delete locally stored data at any time within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device. If you have any questions about your privacy rights, you may contact us using the information below.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy, and the updated policy will be made available within the App. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

9. Your Consent

By using CameraTilt, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
